The holiday apartment is 80 m² in size and adjoins the owner's house. It has two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, with 3 box spring single beds.
In addition, there is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. A washing machine is also available. Furthermore, a digital flat-screen TV with 7 German channels, Wifi.

The holiday apartment is located 50m from the dunes with a small forest. At 500 meters from the beautiful new, 30 km long, fine sandy beach.
The center with shops and restaurants is 150m away.
The leisure activities are extensive. You can enjoy cycling, hiking, visiting museums, shopping in the towns of Schagen or Alkmaar, and visiting the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. There are many events, such as the Navy Days in Den Helder, Bloeiend Zijpe (Walking

Cancellations are possible at any time. In addition to the booking fee, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- from 42 days to 4 weeks before the start of the trip 50% of the rental amount
- from 4 weeks to 1 week before the start of the trip 80% of the rental amount
- from 1 week before the start of the trip 90% of the rental amount
- If we can re-rent the apartment, you will receive a refund of the rental amount
