Holiday destination
Embedded in green hills, directly near the old farming village of Las Cuevecitas de Candelaria, the small "Casa Maria" apartment complex is located at 400m above the pilgrimage village of Candelaria. The holiday complex fits harmoniously into the surrounding nature. An ideal place to recuperate, relax and shut off. Nature lovers enjoy the beauty of Tenerife on walks in the nearby vicinity or in the Esperanza forest, easily reached by car, or the Teide national park or the Anaga mountains. Only a few minutes by car below the cave village of Las Cuevecitas you'll find the popular and modern new beaches of Candelaria, Puertito de Guimar and Radazul.
Getting there
The holiday complex is in a very quiet location about 350 m above the pilgrimage village of Candelaria and hard to reach with public transport. So you really do need a rental car.

Mein Mann und ich konnten in der Villa Lara Marie tiefenentspannen, mit atemberaubendem Blick von der Terrasse auf Candelaria und das Meer. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top und wie beschrieben und lässt keine Chance zum Nicht-Wohlfühlen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr, sehr gepflegt und wir fanden es gut, dass wir Pool, Grillplatz und den Garten unten auch nutzen konnten (auch hier alles sehr sauber und super schön angelegt). Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an Ferdi richten, der uns bei unserer Ankunft mit hilfreichen Infos und Insider-Ausflugszielen versorgt hat. Wir hätten gerne viel mehr Zeit dort verbracht, sodass mein Mann und ich 2018 definitiv wiederkommen werden. Es war so eine wunderschöne Zeit! Nochmals vielen Dank für alles, Ferdi! Bis zum nächsten Jahr!

Ich muß nicht viele Worte verlieren, denn die Ferienwohnung entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr schön und überaus geräumig. Schön eingerichtet, traumhafter Ausblick - nicht verwirren lassen: Gran Canaria ist wirklich wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, aber manchmal im Dunst verschwunden :-) Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ich kam auf Empfehlung und kann die Wohnung ebenso weiterempfehlen.
