Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 17 weeks before the start of the rental period are free of charge, after which the deposit is forfeited. If you withdraw from 13 weeks to 7 weeks before the rental date, half of the rent is charged, and for later cancellations, the full rental fee is billed.
If you are unable to attend, substitute persons may of course take your place.

The nearest larger cities are Asti, Alessandria, Alba (famous for white truffles), and Acqui Terme (a spa town with thermal springs). Die Ferienwohnung ist große klasse! Super ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse unbeschreiblich! Mit Pool, Pizzaofen und Grill im sehr gepflegtem Garten. Das Hausmeisterpaar dazu sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, es war ein toller Urlaub!

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Das Paradies kann nicht angenehmer sein. Ruhige Lage über Nizza Monferrato, bei entsprechender Wetterlage sieht man sogar die Alpen. Gute bis sehr gute Restaurants im Umkreis von 10-15 km. Hier kann auch italienischer Alltag genossen werden. Ich finde keine Punkte, die zu kritisieren wären!
