Welcome to La Terrasse, one of our comfortable self-contained homes that this ancient watermill has been artistically converted into. Standing in 4 acres of meadows clothed with wild orchids in Spring, colourful butterflies and soaring buzzards, bordered by a tranquil stream fondly known as the babbling brook ideal for paddling on a hot summers day.
La Terrasse sleeps 2 people, our recently renovated detached studio has its own secluded setting in the grounds overlooking the foothills with a southerly aspect. La Terrasse offers a large living space with fully equipped kitchen area, comfortable seating and dining area. A comfortable pull down double bed for ease and space offers a perfect night's sleep.

Eastern Pyrenees offers activities for everyone from adrenaline seeking to quality family fun, all available 15 minutes drive of our gites conducted by fully qualified instructors offering rafting, kayaking, hydrospeed, VTT and Canyoning. If you fancy something with a little less "adrenalin rush", we can recommend horse riding and hiking.
Moulin de Perle is situated midway between two small villages. A plan d'eau, mini golf and tennis court are located in Le Vivier only 10 minutes walk and the quaint village of Fosse with its free open air swimming pool (summer only) and tennis court is 5 minutes walking in the opposite direction.
We ask for a 25 % deposit on booking, the balance being due eight weeks prior to commencement date of your holiday (Please also see the booking conditions).
A damage deposit of £100. is payable at the time your final balance is due. This will be returned to you one week after your departure assuming no damage is found.
Lettings are Saturday to Saturday during July and August, however we are happy to accept midweek bookings wherever possible – Mid and Low Seasons only. Short breaks and Bed and Breakfast are also possible subject to availability.

The owners reserve the right to enforce a cancellation fee as
detailed below:
Cancellation by client to be made in writing
On receipt of the Client’s cancellation letter the following
charges will apply:
Booking Date – 57 days before arrival date 25 % of
total cost
56 – 0 days before arrival date 100 % of
total cost
Cancellation by Owners if the Owners are obliged to cancel
the Client’s booking for any reason, all monies paid to date
will be refunded in full. This is the limit of Owners liability
25% deposit is due at time of booking and 75% balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date
Taxe de Sejour is payable on arrival at 0.76 cents per person per night, under 18's are exempt.
