The City, shopping areas, theater, concert hall, several cabarets by car about 7 minutes driving time. Easily accessible by public transport connections also.

Near zoo, Westfalenhalle, football stadium, Westphalia Park, versatile leisure activities. Riding etc. Casino, Hohensyburgstraße, Territorial Wischlingen, boat trips from the harbor to the ship Dortmund Henrichenburg. Boat trips on the Hengsteysee (Hohensyburgstraße) hiking and biking trails on the river Ruhr.

Schöne Tage in Dortmund

Wir waren für 5 Tage Gäste in dieser freundlichen Ferienwohnung. Wir, Ehepaar in den 50ern mit einem mittelgroßen Hund haben die Wohnung fast nur zur Übernachtung genutzt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach, aber für uns völlig ausreichend. Wir haben alles sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden . Preis/Leistung waren für uns absolut in Ordnung, ebenso der Service, für uns war Frau Fähnrich jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Stadtteil Kirchhörde in einer ruhigen Strasse. Viele Grüngebiete und Gassistrecken sind in 5 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Hier empfehlen wir den Rheinischen Esel sowie das Waldgebiet um den Dortmunder Zoo. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in Dortmund sind.

Sehr gute Vekehrsanbindung zum Signal Iduna Park/ Westpfahlenhalle, Zoo, Innenstadt. Nette Gastgeberin. Getränke können gegen ein kleines Entgelt entliehen werden. Supermark/ Discounter und Post sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist in einem ruhigem Vorort gelegen und man hat einen schönen Ausblick. Sollten wir wieder nach Dortmund fahren ist diese unsere erste Wahl.

Wir sind bei sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Menschen angekommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral aber ruhig. Nur wenige Minuten zum Stadion und Zoo und Innenstadt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
