-up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% of the rental fee

otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee

Both main lessees have to be at least 27 years old! We won't accept bookings that don't meet that requirement.
Please note that all the weekend prices are all-inclusive prices.
After confirmation of booking, 25% of the rental price must be paid within 7 days.
The remaining amount (75%) is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. We ask that you send the signed
rental contract back to us within 14 days. When you pay the balance, you're also required to pay a security deposit of €300.00.
If you stay two or more weeks, cleaning is done every seven days.
Additionally, a quick cleaning that includes a change of towels
can be arranged upon request after three or four days.
Tourist tax (adults) is included; we take care of the tax payment.
Tourist tax (children) is included; we take care of the tax payment.
Maximum occupancy: 6 adults plus a maximum of 3 children/teens.
Charging of any type of mobile vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Brand new on our terrace: A heated jacuzzi for 5 people!
The Caves of Drach near Porto Cristo are definitely worth a trip. Inside the caves is Europe's largest underground lake. A small orchestra enchants visitors by performing on an illuminated boat. It is recommended that you arrive early in the morning!
Holiday destination
Several family-run bodegas are located in the near vicinity and if our guests are interested, we'll gladly organise a wine tasting there (for a fee).
From here, you can easily explore the entire island. No matter whether you want to visit one of the many beaches -10 minutes to Porto Cristo, the dream beach of Es Trenc is a little farther away- or the Port de Pollença.
Hiking in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains - your holiday residence is a great base for driving to this hiking area.
Getting there
Upon booking you will receive detailed directions, of course. However, the route from the airport to your holiday finca is really easy and the road is in good condition until you reach Manacor. The last 2 km are bit more challenging, but we don't think it is a big deal.

We live and work in 27729 Hambergen, the rather cold Germany, and we're quite busy. Hence we often yearn for a beak from the hectic pace of everyday life. Not only in the summer, but sometimes also during autumn or winter. Here, in the south-east of Majorca, both seasons tend to be fairly sunny.
Since there are times when we work too hard, we want peace and relaxation in our leisure time ...
Our finca happened to offer all of this and it was love at first sight!

Liebe Familie Fusz,
wir haben die Tage in Ihrer wunderschönen Finca sehr genossen. Wir waren völlig begeistert, vor allem von der Ruhe und dem herrlichen Blick. Natürlich auch vom Pool und Whirlpool, die wir sehr gut nutzen konnten. Und die Ausstattung der Küche war hervorragend!
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! GLG

Die Zeit auf der Finca war sagenhaft schön und die Finca ist perfekt ausgestattet
und die Lage ist sensationell. Die Kommunikation mit Angelika vor Ort war ebenfalls
unkompoiziert.
Es war toll, in Ihrer Finca zu Gast zu sein, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
