Cancellation policy
in accordance with the rental contract made between the lessor Elke Karl and the lessee, the following cancellation fees based on the booking price apply: up to 4 months prior to arrival: 25%; up to 3 months prior to arrival: 50%; up to 2 months prior to arrival: 75%; up to 1 month prior to arrival: 85%; up to 14 days prior to arrival: 90%; on the planned arrival date or in case of a no-show: 100% of the booking price. Partial cancellations, i.e. cancelling specific services, are not possible. Individual guests may cancel only if the cancellation doesn't affect the rental contract as a whole.

Holiday destination
Karlshagen is located between Peenmünde and Trassenheide/Zinnowitz. Karlshagen is only a short drive from the seaside resort Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and the German-Polish border. Karlshagen has a very long sandy beach, which is also Usedom's widest beach. It gently slopes into the ocean and is therefore ideally suited for children, the elderly and non-swimmers.

Motorway connection 27 A20/E251 Gützow, make a right B111 towards Wolgast (make sure to comply with the speed limit) Cross the bridge 'Peenebrücke' Wolgast to Usedom Island Please note the opening hours of the Peenebrücke: daily at 5:45 a.m. / 8:45 a.m. / 12:45 p.m. / 4:45 p.m. / 8:45 p.m. B111 towards Trassenheide / Zinnowitz / Ahlbeck You'll pass the town Bannheim; at the intersection, turn left towards Trassenheide/Karlshagen Baltic resort Karlshagen Hauptstraße L264 Petrol station on the right, turn right at the crossing, continue straight ahead (Edeka supermarket on the left), turn left onto 'Straße der Freundschaft', continue straight ahead and take the 2nd street on the right: Hugo Elsner Straße with a car park on the left; turn left the end of the car park, make another left, then take the first street on the right. Bereits beim Eintreten in das Haus kommt man einen heimischen Eindruck. Es ist so liebevoll ausgestattet, dass man meint, man wäre zu Hause angekommen. Es fehlt an "nichts" und die himmlische Ruhe tut enorm gut. Der Kontakt ist einwandfrei mit der Familie Karl. Leider gab es Vormieter, die es wohl mit der Reinigung nicht so genau genommen haben. Man konnte noch die Mahlzeiten an den Kochutensilien erkennen, die zubereitet wurden. Das ist sehr schade, denn jeder Nachmieter möchte ordentliches Geschirr vorfinden. Hierzu kann allerdings die Familie Karl nichts. Wir streben einen weiteren Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus an! Dieses Domizil ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.
