Cancellation policy
If you find it necessary to cancel you can do so at any time before arrival date of the lease. In this case, we will strive to rent the apartment. The lessee has the right to generate a replacement tenant, taking over the apartment in its entirety.
In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to invoice for the following loss amounts:
in case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date: 50% of the agreed rent
in case of cancellation 29 to 14 days before arrival date: 80% of the agreed rent
in case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the agreed rent

Our apartment is located 6 km from the Health Spa Waren/Müritz in the midst of the „Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte“ in Torgelow am See. The District „Meierei“ (approximately 30 inhabitants) is located in the outer circle of this area.
If you are looking for peace and relaxation you are in the right place. A cycle path starts right in front of the door and connects with Waren and the Müritz National Park.

100 km to the Eastern-See (Warnemünde) by car or by train You need round about 1 hour

Die Meierei liegt idyllisch und verträumt mitten in der Natur. Die Ferienwohnung und der traumhaft schöne Garten mit den vielen Vögel, den schönen Bäumen und Pflanzen, ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Die tolle große Dusche werde ich auch vermissen!
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, und etwas mehr: wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Liebe Frau Schmitz, vielen Dank für die zwei wunderbaren Wochen bei Ihnen in der Meierei, liebe Grüße an Sie, Frank und natürlich an die liebe Bonny, bleiben Sie gesund und alles Gute,

Wir (Paar anfang 60) waren ende august 2Wochen Gäste bei Fr. Schmitz und können nur positves berichten. Fr. Schmitz ist eine überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin ! Die wohnung ist ideal für menschen die ruhe suchen und sie entspricht den bildern. Alles nötige ist vorhanden.
Der garten und die vor der wohnung liegende terasse waren ein traum an ruhe und erholung.
Wir danken Fr. Schmitz, Frank und Bonny für eine sehr schöne und erholsame zeit und wünschen ihnen alles erdenklich gute für die zukunft.
Ps. Die Meierei wird unser Favorit bleiben für Urlaub in der seeenplatte
