This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to country-specific criteria. The award was given by a tourism organisation. Depending on the equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars - from simple to first-class.
This villa consists of two floors with a total area of 152 sqm and can accommodate 6 to 8 persons. The whole villa is very spacious and beautifully decorated in a country stile. The vila was built in 2013. and is surrounded by stone walls of local stone and greenery which guarantees guests privacy and peace.
Villa Sana is located on a small hill with a beautiful view of the fields, forests, the sea and the surrounding Istrian villages. In the garden in front of the house there is a heated pool of 36 sqm, with garden furniture and sun loungers, wood-burning fireplace for barbecue and indoor parking for two cars. There is also a free WI-FI connection.
Villa Sana is fully equipped and all rooms are air-conditioned (cooling and heating).
Not far from the villa you can enjoy riding horses in their own ranch where the horses are owned by the host family Babic. Ranch covers an area of 30,000 sqm with trails for horseback riding.

This beautiful villa is situated in a small village called Selina, near the historic town of St. Lovrec. The villa offers an unforgettable holiday thanks to its location. It is surrounded by a green garden with a view of the sea and the forest landscape. Peace and quiet places will fascinate everyone.

Reservation cancellation
In the event of the guest cancelling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100 % of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of 50,00 € will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less then 50,00 €, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unnanounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 24.02.2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. the conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
