We have a lot guests which come to the beautiful Lake Walchensee for fishing! You get the license for fishing directly in our bite- an tackle-shop! Own fishing-boats!
Holiday destination
You will find nice, romantic and easy walking-trails and bike-roads directly near the house! All non motorised water-activitys on the beautiful Lake Walchensee! No Motorboats! Clear drinking-water! We have a rental for rowboats, pedal boats, sailing boats and we have own bicycles for you! You can spend an vacation with lot of activities or just relax an take it easy! Interesting day-trips to the world-famous royal-castles Schoss Neuschwanstein and Schloss Linderhof! Just one hour drive to munich and only just one hour drive to italy!
Getting there
You take Autobahn A 95 Munich-Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Exit Murnau/Großweil directly to Kochel am See and to Walchensee! It is just a 50 minutes drive after leaving munich!

Wir verbrachten eine entspannte Urlaubswoche im schönen Bayernland mit super Wetter Anfang September und einzig artigem Berg- und Seeblick direkt vom Wohnzimmer mit Balkon aus. Eine gepflegte Unterkunft am Ufer des Walchensees inklusive Hallenschwimmbad mit gleichem Blickfeld. Wir konnten gut auf die umliegenden Berge wandern, den See auch mit dem Rad umfahren und eine gute Sicht vom höchsten Berg, der Zugspitze. genießen. Danke für diese Abwechslung und weiterhin alles Gute, bleiben Sie gesund.

Unser Aufenthalt war absolut super. Geräumiges, urig eingerichtetes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick und jeglicher Ausstattung, die man benötigt. Eine top Lage am Walchensee. Die dazugehörige Garage war ebenfalls klasse. Schade, dass das Hallenbad coronabedingt noch geschlossen war, aber das hat unseren Urlaub im Haus Seewinkel nicht beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auf diesem Weg möchten wir uns für das Chaos bei der Abreise noch einmal entschuldigen und uns bei Herrn A. Ludwig bedanken für sein Entgegenkommen und Verständnis. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
