Our house is situated in a peaceful location in the village Spadici in the popular resort of Istria Porec.
The distance to the beach, shopping and sports facilities is approximately 600 meters. Our family lives in the house and speaks German, English, Italian and Croatian very well.
The apartment is very comfortable, modern and well equipped with full cooking and eating utensils, including coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine in Hallway.
The apartment has a balcony with Seaview, Smart TV with satellite system, Wi-Fi and own Park Place at House.
We have parking in front of house for your vehicle.

Over Italy or Slovenia you come to Koper.
In Koper first follow direction Pula - Porec.
Shortly after the Slovenian-Croatian border are the new Istrian highway.
After about 20 km take the exit VISNJAN drive towards POREC. (Toll about 3 euros).
After about 8 km you reach a very large roundabout go straight towards Porec.
After less than 100 meters where you will see the heading BRACKA ULICA from the main road, take a right.
The last house on the right with the number 6 is the Villa Tina, a beautiful blue house (the only blue house in the settlement) with well cultivated and garden.
The front is a double stone arch entrance where you can ring if necessary.

A guest about us: We have felt very well by Tina and Drago. They are not to be beat as host, it was the first coffee on her balcony with lots of tips or is it an invitation for an evening under the pergola.
