- 40% cancellation fee of the total arrangement price if cancelled up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date
- 70% cancellation fee of the total arrangement price if cancelled up to 1 week before the agreed arrival date
- 90% of the total arrangement price if cancelled in the last week before the agreed arrival date
