furnished with a double bed and two beds hidden in the couches. very much what they call "urban retro style" - totally individual and with heaps of little details. you have a new bathroom, a bedroom with living room area and a huge kitchen with all one might need. just around the corner from the theatre, the town centre and the nice town gardens. there is a little shop with fresh bread and everything just down the road.
the "dobbenviertel" is known as the nicest area to live in oldenburg!
The basement is not as other places. Its funky, its individual - and its as much "save the planet" like, as it could be. we separate the rubbish, we only put the dishwasher on, when its full and share and swap food, books and such.
the living room is also the bedroom. there is a 140 double bed and two couches that a also hidden beds. also you have a tv and your very own internet access.
the kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. a microwave and a fridge. a huge kitchen table and a north frisian kitchen sofa - and heaps of all the things you might need.
the bathroom ist with a bath tub and all new.

cruse the town, take a walk in the just around the corner parks, ride the bicycles, go to the north german beaches just 40km away and don't miss the "theater laboratorium" if you are lucky enough to get a ticket...
you live in the town centre. so the market, the theatre and even a city forest - all you need - is just around the corner! so you can reach everything by foot. But, as oldenburg is a bikers town, you also can rent a bicycle from me and ride along as most of the oldenburgers do (at any weather) ;)
by train:
jump from the train on the bus line 309. Ride up to the "Herbartstrasse". Then walk down this street until you see the bright green umbrella. there you are!
by car: just have a navigation with you! ;)
