Amidst a green nature reserve, you will find our private house te rent while we live in France.
The price is high, but you will get a real value for your money. The holiday rental is very near to the beach and woods.

The vacation rental is very spacious (about 200sqm living space) and nicely furnished with leather furniture, stove, 2 sitting areas and a private garden. The house is completely furnished.

The house is connected with apartment Ideaal that you will find among no. 3146 on vacation-apartments.

Holiday destination

You can swim, walk and bicycle in a wonderful nature and also play golf and horseback riding in a small distance.

The province Noord Holland is very beautiful with wide beaches, charming woods and interesting places like the artist village Gergen, the old city of Alkmaar with cheese market.
Haarlem and Amsterdam are also worth a trip and reached within one hour.

Getting there

Towards Amsterdam on the A9, to Alkmaar and Bergen/Heiloo/den Helder, then continue towards Bergen and finally to Bergenaanzee.

Ein Traumhaus, ein Traumgastgeber, ein Traumurlaub

Wir kannten aus früheren Urlauben schon die Ferienwohnung im Hause, die der Gastgeber vermietet, so dass wir 2019 angefragt haben, ob wir als etwas größer gewordene Familie auch die Villa Ideaal für 14 Tage mieten könnten.
Sie alle wissen, was dann kam: Corona.
Wir haben unsere Urlaubsoption in einer gelassenen Abstimmung mit Herrn Verhaaren von Jahr zu Jahr verschoben, bis es in diesem Juni soweit war:
Wir konnten anreisen.
Kaum aus dem Auto ausgestiegen, umhüllte uns der Duft der das Haus umstehenden Heckenrosen. Nun hätte passieren können, was wollte: Wir waren schon überzeugt, daß wir wunderschöne Ferien in der Villa Ideaal erleben würden.
Und genauso war es.
Wir haben alles genossen: Die Weite des Hauses und seine Annehmlichkeiten, seine Eleganz, die Kunst, die Terrasse, einfach alles.
Superb!

Wir haben uns, Großeltern, Kinder und Enkelkind in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war so gut gestaltet das wor dankbar sind im Hause der Fam. Verharen 1 Woche leben zu können - wie zu Hause- das gesamte Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für unsere Kinder und uns war dieser Urlaub im Besten Sinne --wie zu Hause, aber ein wenig schöner,---denn die Wohnung strahlt die Liebe aus mit der Fam. Verhaaren Ihr zu Hause gestaltet haben. Danke dass wir in Ihrem Haus wohnen durften.

Noch nie ein besseres Ferienhaus gemietet.
Die Lage sowie die Ausstattung sind perfekt.
Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll. Der Vermieter war immer via e mail ereichbar.
Es war so wir es uns vorgestellt hatten....

Also sehr zu empfehlen!!!
