Holiday destination
Nearby you will find a „Minimercado“, a bus stop, a natural pool and a golf course. Within 15 min you're in Ponta Delgada, the starting point for your activities on the water, good shopping facilities and the right place to get cultural entertainment. The large surfers beach in Ribeira Grande is only a 10km ride away. In the neighbouring Capelas you will find supermarkets, doctors, a pharmacy and of course a picturesque harbor on a steep coast. Here you can take nice walks and go to swim.
Getting there
SATA.pt and flyTAP.com are portuguese airlines connecting some major cities to our island. Easyjet.com and Ryanair.com are picking guests at Lisbon, Porto and London. The Airport is about 18km away from your holiday home in São Vicente. We will send you directions to come here with your rental car. If you prefer we can meet you or offer our „Follow-me“ service (18,00€).

Wir verreisten mit unserer 22 Monate alten Tochter und hatten entspannte Tage im kleinen Häuschen mit eigenem, dicht bewachsenen Garten in absoluter Privatsphäre. Wir können Familie Strauss zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Sehr nette Gastgeber. São Miguel ist ein wahres Paradies. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Unser Urlaub bei Familie Strauss hat uns super gefallen! Wir hatten die kleinere Wohnung, die im Wohnhaus liegt. Durch einen separaten Eingang mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten mit vielen Pflanzen war die Privatsphäre trotzdem gegeben. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Ein Parkplatz gehört außerdem auch zu jeder Unterkunft. Familie Strauss stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und gab Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflügen. Das BBQ mit der gesamten Familie und anderen Gästen hat den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wer ein kleines Stück vom Paradies sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
