Up to 29 days before arrival, 20% of the rental price
28-21 days before arrival 50% of the rental price

If we get a new booking in the canceled period, we only charge the difference.
In the event of a government travel ban you will receive a credit note for payments already made. This credit would be valid for 2 years. So you wouldn't lose anything....

Holiday destination
Pitsidia is located on the central south coast of Crete and is about 65 km, an hour drive away from Heraklion Airport. The village is ideally situated to explore the world famous area attractions, such as the ancient palace of Phaistos and the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the Monastery "Moni Odigitria" and of course the beautiful beaches of Matala, Red Beach, Komos , Agiofarago, Ag.Pavlos, Tripiti, Preveli, etc. also, the museum in Vori is quickly reached.
You will find in the village minimarkets, baker's shop, restaurants, the breakfast cafe "Onira" where you can also borrow books, butcher, pharmacy horse ride farm and Car/Bike Rental.
The wonderful sandy beach Komo is reached in ca. 30 minutes on foot or 5 min. by car.
On the village square, there are in summertime some events with live music. These evenings have a great atmosphere.
Wonderful hiking possibilities are in the surrounding area and beautiful gorges.
Getting there
Your Airport should be Heraklion Nikos Katzanzakis it is remote only to
hour ca.1,15 of Pitsidia and you can reach your vacation destination readily
with bus or organised taxi or car hire from us.

Im Grunde können wir uns über nichts beschweren, nette Menschen, sehr gutes Essen und eine tolle Umgebung. Hervorzuheben ist die ungemein liebevolle Gastfreundschaft von Herrn Pachakis und dessen Team.
Schön wäre es allerdings wenn sich auf Kreta etwas an dem allgemein herumliegenden Müll ändern würde.

Normalerweise sind wir im Herbst bei Manolis und seiner Familie. Dieses Jahr waren wir im Hochsommer in Pisidia und haben es genauso geliebt wie die letzten 7 Jahre im Herbst. Die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft sind unübertroffen und wir können alle Unterkünfte von Manoli nur empfehlen. Vielleicht fehlt hier und da mal eine Kleinigkeit, aber Bärbel sorgt immer sehr zügig für Abhilfe. Ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub, egal ob mit oder mittlerweile ohne Kinder und egal ob im Hoch- oder Spätsommer!
