Other recreational opportunities
The surf and paddling school is only 1 minute away from the house on the beach, the diving school in 5 minutes down the beach. Bike and scooter rentals, catamaran sailing, deep-sea fishing, jet ski rentals, Nautilus boat, seal shows and much more, and everything so close!
Holiday destination
The bay of El Castillo welcomes you with broad, white sandy beaches. A few minutes from the yacht and sports marina with many attractions, for surfing and paddling school, bike rental, right near the beach cafe to the Atlantico Center with cinemas, bowling, shops, restaurants and a spar supermarket. Spa therapy - 3 minutes on foot. The golf courses - five minutes by car. Caleta de Fuste is a lively "port town", which is central to all of the lovely excursion destinations for the island.
Getting there
There are many flights a day to Fuertaventura from many European airports. The flight lasts about 4 hours, 10 minutes. The holiday home is just 12 minutes by taxi from the Puerto del Rosario airport and the journey will cost EUR 12.

Der Bungalow Castillo Moreno in Caleta de Fuste entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet, allerdings ist ein Teil der Ausstattung etwas gealtert. Man kann sich im Haus, im Garten und auf der Terrasse wohlfühlen, wenn man sich am zeitweisen Fluglärm in der nahen Einflugschneise nicht stört. Die Nachtruhe kann man von 22:00 bis 7:30 ungestört genießen, wenn man harte Matratzen und dünne Kopfkissen gewöhnt ist. Die nebenan wohnenden Vermieter sind freundlich, stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Abwicklung der Buchungsanfrage, die Kommunikation und Absprache der Modalitäten, waren genauso wie man es sich als Gast wünscht, unkompliziert. Der Empfang durch Dich, liebe Irene, war so herzlich, dass wir uns nicht wirklich als Gäste fühlten. Vielen Dank dafür. Euer großartiges Haus, mit der komfortablen Einrichtung, sowie den vielen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs. Toll, das ist nicht in jeder Unterkunft selbstverständlich. Unser Highlight, die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, traumhaft! Hier haben wir nicht nur unseren Morgenkaffee genossen, sondern auch ausgiebige Sonnenbäder. Die Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - zentraler geht es nicht. An dieser Stelle noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön an Euch liebe Irene und Karel für eure wunderbare Gastfreundschaft. Torsten und Gundi
