Die Zimmer sind hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet, angenehmes Raumklima (auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen); großzügiger Platz, viel Stauraum in Bad- und Schlafzimmerschränken.
Man hat kurze Wege zu Geschäften, Restaurants, Weinbergen, Rad- und Wanderwegen, trotzdem ruhige Lage.
Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter, unkomplizierter Vermieter, Verständigung in Deutsch kein Problem.
