Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the Accommodation Contract
(1) Up to three months before the guest's agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract can be terminated by either contracting party without paying a cancellation fee through a unilateral declaration. We charge a general processing fee of EUR 20 per booked apartment. The cancellation declaration must be in the hands of the contracting partner in written form no later than three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest.
(2) Up to one month before the guest's agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract can be terminated by either contracting party through a unilateral declaration, however, a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the agreed room price must be paid. The cancellation declaration must be in the hands of the contracting partner in written form no later than one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest. If the cancellation occurs within one month before arrival, 90% of the agreed room price will be charged.
(3) The accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the contract in case the guest does not show up by 6 p.m. on the agreed arrival day, unless a later arrival time was agreed upon.
(4) If the guest has made a deposit, then the room(s) remain reserved until no later than 12 p.m. the following day.
(5) Even if the guest does not make use of the ordered rooms or the pension services, they are obliged to pay the agreed fee to the accommodation provider. However, the accommodation provider must deduct what they have saved due to non-utilization of their service offer or what they have received through alternative renting of the ordered rooms. Typically, in most cases, the savings of the business due to the absence of service will amount to 15 percent of the room price.
(6) It is the accommodation provider's duty to make an effort to rent out the rooms not utilized by the guest, as the circumstances may allow.

Getting there
Arrival by car
From Salzburg, take the Tauern motorway (A10) to the Villach - Ossiacher See exit, then follow the national road number 94 (8 - 10 km) to the towns of Bodensdorf, Steindorf, and Tiffen. From Vienna, take the Südautobahn and continue on the national road number 17. From Italy, take the motorway Udine - Tarvis - Villach / Ossiacher See.
Arrival by train
The nearest train station in Bodensdorf is about 500 meters from the apartment complex. You will be picked up for free by the landlords at the station and taken to your apartment.

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Seeappartement verbracht. Die Vermieter*innen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns am Anreisetage vieles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Appartement war in einem top Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlage mit direktem Seezugang ist sehr gut gepflegt.
