The holiday apartment is located in the exclusive - gated - residential complex Laguna Beach. Up to 4 people can find space here on 46m², including a balcony of 11m² and a pool. The complex was completed at the end of 2000 and is situated right by the Grazel bathing beach (outer lagoon), close to several sea beaches and has its own parking spaces, a private pool (from about 15.06. to about 15.09.) and an elevator.
The complex has 3 floors, our holiday apartment is on the 1st floor. From the balcony, you have a direct view over the pool to the outer lagoon. 'This is where the soul can dangle'.
Via the adjacent beach promenade, it takes only about 10-15 minutes on foot to reach the center. The surrounding area can be explored by car, bicycle, and on footpaths.
You're only separated from the beach by a narrow promenade (direct beach location).

Gruissan is a cozy small town in Languedoc-Roussillon, about 12 km from Narbonne, situated along miles of beaches, in close proximity to saltwater lagoons (Etangs) and near the fragrant pine-covered La Clape mountains. It boasts more than 300 sunny days a year. Gruissan, an old, romantic fishing village and modern seaside resort in harmonious combination, where one knows how to live.
Travel via the A6 motorway towards Lyon.
At Orange, switch to the A9 motorway (Languedocienne) towards Nîmes/Montpellier.
Take the exit (Sortie-No. 37) for Narbonne-Est/Gruissan.
After about 12 km, you will reach a large roundabout just before the town of Gruissan.
The apartment includes a parking space.

Many years ago (now it's been more than 15 years!), we fell in love with the town of Gruissan and fulfilled our dream of owning an apartment there. We have found our second home in Gruissan. We adore the southern French flair and, of course, the southern French cuisine. We always look forward to the time we can spend in Gruissan. There is so much to discover...
