A beautiful renovated villa located in a peaceful residential area just on the outskirts of the village of Valbonne. The property has three bedrooms (king-size double and two twin rooms) and two bathrooms plus a new designer kitchen and comfy, light and spacious living room with double height dining area and access to a mezzanine office space. All three bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning
The villa is set within a 4000m2 south-facing garden planted with pines, Mediterranean shrubs and flowers with a lawned area near the house. From the living room, French windows open out to a panoramic terrace with coal BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for 8 people. From here you overlook a magnificent, newly laid pool terrace and private swimming pool (10mx5m) surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols and a beautiful landscape of forested national park with the hills of the Cote d'Azur rising in the background. At the bottom of the garden is a gate through which it's a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and boulangerie and to some great walks.

The villa is located in the pretty garden with shady coniferous trees, Mediterranean plants and flowers. Next to the house is a flat lawn and another garden with fruit trees.
From the living room, French doors open onto the terrace, which is battered with traditional charcoal grill and teak table with chairs for 8 people. From here you can overlook the pool and enjoy views of the forest and national nature park with the majestically rising mountains in the background.
At the end of the garden there is a gate that opens onto a path that leads in one direction to the supermarket and Valbonne (5 minutes walk) and in the other direction to beautiful paths in the nature park.
