Our cozy, quietly located holiday home "Heidi Pfeifhofer" is situated in Bodensdorf by the Ossiacher See at the foot of the Gerlitzen at an altitude of 500 meters.
The lovingly furnished 100 m2 apartment with a large balcony and view of the lake offers plenty of space for 4-6 people and features: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 children's bed if needed, 2 folding beds in the large living and dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower & bathtub, and a separate toilet.
The apartment is excellently equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, cooking and dining utensils, satellite TV, Wi-Fi access, central heating, and a Nordic stove for cold winter evenings.
Towels, tablecloths, and bed linen are provided.

On our local mountain, the Gerlitzen Alpe, you can go paragliding and hang-gliding or simply enjoy the view and nature. There are plenty of varied hiking trails available.
The village of Bodensdorf is located at the foot of the Gerlitzen Alpe and directly on the shores of Lake Ossiach. A perfect starting point for a relaxing holiday between mountains and lake.
In winter, the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area beckons with multiple lifts and trails. In summer, the lake offers refreshment and nature invites you to hike, stroll, and cycle. Carinthia also has a lot to offer historically!
Bodensdorf provides perfect infrastructure - shopping facilities, bank, post office, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants, etc.
From Salzburg (Tauern motorway A10) to the Villach – Ossiacher See exit. Turn left onto the federal road (B) 94 towards Bodensdorf (approx. 10 km).
From Vienna via the Southern motorway (A2) to the Villach junction. Tauern motorway (A10) towards Salzburg to the Villach – Ossiacher See exit. Turn right onto the B94 towards Bodensdorf (approx. 10 km).
