Holiday destination
Lemmer is an old fishing village where the atmosphere is still maritime and cozy. The town is located in South Friesland, on the IJsselmeer (we have a beach) and by the lakes. You are welcome to bring your own boat or rent a small motorboat/sailboat. You don't need a boating or sailing license for this. In Lemmer and the surrounding area, you can enjoy walking, hiking, fishing, cycling, playing tennis, or visiting theme parks.
