Description

Your accommodation in holiday house consists of three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom has a balcony overlooking the sea and the islands of Brioni, bathroom and separate toilet, kitchen, dining room, living room with exit to the lower terrace which has garden furniture. There is also a basement with washing machine.
In front of the house is a courtyard with garden, garden furniture and barbecue in the shade of vines and kiwi.
The owner does not live in the house.

Holiday destination

Villa Luisa is located in Peroj on the southwest coast of the region and the peninsula of Istria. Peroj is located 10 km from Pula, the largest city in Istria and 2 km from Fažana.
Peroj is the perfect place for a family vacation as close to a lot of beaches, there are shops and restaurants. Away from the crowds, which is characteristic of the larger cities.
An ideal location for visiting other towns in Istria. From Fažane you can visit the national park Brioni.
The house is surrounded by a garden with flowers, shrubs, olive trees, palm trees and figs.

Getting there

After highway driving choose motorway exit Vodnjan, follow the road to Peroj.
Opposite the church in Peroj there is a road that leads to the sea. Follow the road and after 200 meters turn right.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ein- und Auschecken absolut unkompliziert. Sehr schöner Garten mit toller Pergola. Dazu noch eine Veranda und ein Balkon. Neue schöne Küche mit allem was es braucht. Alles tip top sauber.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in Istrien. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei Fragen immer zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben mit drei erwachsenen und drei Kindern das Ferienhaus gebucht. Platz war ausreichend vorhanden für alle. Man konnte entweder auf der Terrasse oder vorne am Haus unter Weinreben den Abend verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Badezimmer sogar komplett neu renoviert.Der Besitzer des Appartments ist sehr freundlich und hat uns stets geholfen, wenn wir etwas brauchten.
Der Strand ist nur 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt und sehr schön. Von Peroj aus kommt man gut zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Istrien. Gleich um die Ecke ist auch ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und ein Obst- und Gemüseladen.
