The apartment is located on the upper floor of our apartment complex. There are two bedrooms with double beds and huge wardrobes. The bathroom is modern, bright and generously applied. The large open-plan kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows, couch and HD-TV invites you to linger. On cool days a fireplace makes a comfortable atmosphere.
There is a ski storage room and a storage room for bicycles. Use of washing machine is possible after consultation. Garden with barbecue and parking for cars on the property available.

Every year there is the 'Drei-Talsperren-Marathon' over the dams of our three local reservoirs.
From the north you come along the road B283 to Eibenstock. Take the first access by turning left into the road S275 / Schneeberger Straße. You will pass by the entrance sign of Eibenstock and the gas station on the left, later the 'Penny' market on the right hand side.
You cross the following intersection straight. After the Citroen dealer turn left at the street 'Clara Angermann Straße'. Then take the second right on the 'Zinnstraße' towards the square 'Albert Platz'. When passing the café 'Eiskaffee Berger', turn left on the 'Obere Crottenseestraße' and follow this street about 250 m. At the fork in 'Untere Crottenseestraße' and 'Sosaer Straße' you can see on your left a yellow modern building. You have reached your goal.

Bei Stornierung der Ferienwohnung bis 60 Tage vor Anreise berechnen wir eine Stornogebühr von 50 €. Im Falle des Rücktritts bis 14 Tage vor Anreise berechen wir eine Stornogebühr von 50 % des Gesamtpreises. Danach stellen wir den vollen Betrag in Rechnung.
Die Stornogebühr wird mit der Anzahlung verrechnet. Selbstverständlich können Sie, anstatt zu stornieren, auch einen anderen Besucher nennen.
Bei vorzeitiger Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses oder bei Nichtanreise hat der Mieter keinen Ersatzanspruch für die nicht in Anspruch genommenen Miettage.
