Our holiday apartment is located between Fügen and Hochfügen, 2.5 km away from the Spieljoch ski area, and you can also reach the Hochfügen-Kaltenbach ski area (7 km), with the bus stop 200 m from the house.
6 km long toboggan run, as well as cross-country ski trail.
In the summer, it serves as a starting point for hiking, climbing, cycling, as well as horseback riding, swimming, etc.
Getting there
Take the A12 motorway to the Zillertal exit. Follow the federal road 169 to Fügen. Take the second exit at the roundabout towards Pankrazberg. Towards Hochfügen, until you reach Pankrazberg primary school. Turn left after about 800m. Look for the sign "Untererhof". Turn here and continue for 160m to the house.

Das Haus ist direkt an einem Berg gelegen mit einem super Ausblick auf das Zillertal. Die Wohnung hat drei große Schlafzimmer und ist mit einem modernen Badezimmer, einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche und sehr bequemen Betten ausgestattet.
Sehr freundliche Vermieter und ein Top Service!
