If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Holiday destination

Embedded in a beautiful rural setting, this country house is 2.8 km from the small town of Búger where time seems standing still. There are a few restaurants and bars in the center and more services can be found in the neighbouring town Sa Pobla. Each Saturday you can visit Búgers' weekly market, buy fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy a small piece of village life. Surroundings are very nice for hiking and cycling and you could visit the Tramuntanta mountain range nearby. The Caves of Campanet and the subterranean springs Ses Fonts Ufanes are 11 km from the house. A car is necessary and in a 30 minutes' drive you reach lovely beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Muro.
