Cancellation policy
The cancellation must be made in writing by the holidaymaker.
Decisive for the cancellation fee is when the cancellation notice is provided to the owner.
If no substitute vacationers can be found, the following percentage scale applies to the cancellation Fees.
In case of cancellation up to the 45th day before arrival 20%,
until the 35th day before arrival 50%,
from the 34th day before arrival 80%
and no shows 100% of the booking price.
If the holiday is hindered or endangered due to 'force majeure' or such circumstances the contract can be cancelled from either the Holidaymaker or the owners.
In case of cancellation before arrival, the holidaymaker receives the full
Booking price paid immediately. A further claim beyond this is not possible.
However, the provider may charge for services rendered.
If circumstances arise after arrival, the contract can also be canceled by either side. Additional incurred costs are at the expense of the Holidaymaker and the owners are in no way responsible.

Holiday destination
The Holiday rental is situated on the North Greece mainland near the Orfani beach, between Kavala and Chalidiki. The grounds offer a childrens playground, large grill area, own parking, sunbeds and an extra garden shower.
The ocean with sandy beach is approx 850 metres away and is visible from the property balcony.
Ideal for a private vacation away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism in other well frequented vacation araes in Greece.

From the airport of Thessalonik by car:
From the airport, at the traffic lights, go straight ahead on the expressway towards Thessaloniki city centre, then follow the signs for' Kavala' (A2).
Take the exit "Orfanio". (not "Ofrynio" - that would be one too soon.)
turn left towards Orfanio.
Drive through the village and after leaving the town, turn right at the first street towards "Beach of Orfaniou".
Follow the road for about 1.5 km and then drive under the bridge.
Behind the bridge turn right and immediately left again into the entrance to the holiday flat. Watch out for the sign "Cosmic Blue".
