The partial new renovated and newly furnished 160 sqm villa is located approx. 550 m away from the dream beach Diani Beach of the Indian ocean.

Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, are located in the first floor.
The kitchen has a separate entrance for the staff.

The living quarter is in the upper floor
The big dimensions from the gable openings provide a pleasant room climate without air conditioner.
An additional cooling is ensured by ventilators in all sleeping rooms.
All beds are equipped with mosquito nets.

Uns hat die Villa super gefallen,.Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Superschöner Pool und herrlicher grüner Garten mit verschiedenen Palmen.Auf dem Grundstück gut befahrbare Wege mit dem Rollstuhl und durch eine breite feste Rampe kommt man gut auf die große Terrasse ins Haus .Türen alle breit genug--nur durch die Badtür ich nicht mit meinem E-Rollstuhl und bin aber im Handrollstuhl durchgekommen.Tolle große Dusche auch für Rollstuhlfahrer.Am schönsten ist auf der großen Terrasse -wo wir am meisten uns aufgehalten haben.Jenny die Köchin hat uns wirklich jeden Tag auf ein neues verblüfft--so lecker kocht sie und man kann ihr Gerichte vorschlagen die man möchte.Aber auch mal kenianische Gerichte haben wir uns gewünscht und sie dazu eingeladen und nett geplaudert.Safari--1A

Wir hatten traumhafte Ferien in der Villa Kusini. Von Anfang an hat alles super geklappt. Ab unserer Buchung hatten wir mit dem Besitzer einen regen informativen Austausch. Wir konnten jederzeit per Mail unsere Fragen stellen. Noch nie wurden wir vorab schon so gut beraten. Sicher und relaxt kamen wir hier an. Das Personal war über die ganzen 5 Wochen stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Köchin hat uns mit wunderbarem Essen verwöhnt. Khamisi der Gärtner war stets mit einem tollen Blumenstrauss und einem Lächeln zur Stelle. Der Pool war jederzeit gepflegt und sauber so wie die ganze Aussenanlage. Unser Nachtwächter Hasan(Askari) kam regelmässig vorbei und gab uns ein Gefühl von absoluter Sicherheit. Der Weg zum Meer waren keine 5 Minuten. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Wir waren 4 Personen,eine Person im Rollstuhl.Das Personal und die Hausverwalterin haben uns alle Wünsche super erfüllt. Der Liebe Gärtner/ Hausmeister hat uns sogar begleitet zum Strand mit unserem Rollstuhlfahrer. Die Köchin kocht so lecker und ist auch für alle Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.
