Cancellation policy

Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005): - You can pay for your stay with an EC card, credit card (except American Express and Diner's) or in cash. - There is no right of withdrawal as defined in the Consumer Protection Code, however, we offer you the following cancellation conditions: General contract conditions pursuant to Art. 1341 of the Civil Code, which apply to accommodation contracts between the accommodation establishment ALIA Vital Appart-Hotel (Alinvest GmbH) and guests or orderers. 1. Reservation Your reservation is only valid with our written confirmation and with the payment of a deposit for confirmation! In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit for confirmation will be retained by the accommodation establishment as cancellation fees! 2. Cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code â€¢ If you need to cancel, please inform us in good time! â€¢ Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date will not incur any further cancellation costs. â€¢ Cancellations after this period will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the booked accommodation price, as follows: Cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals) Cancellation from 14 to 5 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals) Cancellation less than 5 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals) â€¢ The cancellation must be made by unilateral written statement and must be in the hands of the accommodation provider no later than within the above-mentioned periods before the agreed arrival date of the guest(s). â€¢ If the booked apartments are not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest or the orderer is also obliged to pay 100% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals). â€¢ If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled, the percentage only refers to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds. 3. Arrangements in case of early departure/late arrival of the guest In the event of early departure or late arrival of the guest(s), he/she/they or the orderer is/are obliged to pay 100% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals) for the agreed reserved days!

Algund is nestled in the beautiful Merano region, just 1.5 km from the renowned spa town of Merano. Algund offers variety and is close to the most beautiful excursion destinations in the Burggrafenamt area, along the kilometers-long Vinschgau cycle path, the numerous "Waalwege" (irrigation channel trails), and hikes into the surrounding Merano mountains. You can conveniently leave your car in the underground garage; the nearest bus stops and the Algund train station are just a few minutes' walk away. The "Waalwege" and hikes into the Texel Group can also start directly from the house! Bolzano is also just a 20-minute drive away via the MEBO expressway, with its popular old town, the famous Ã–tzi Museum, and the long Bolzano arcades for enjoyment, sightseeing, and shopping!

Getting there

From Brenner: Highway exit Bolzano Sud - expressway towards Merano (to the left). About 30 km, past Merano, take the Algund exit. At the 1st intersection, turn right and at the traffic light, turn left. About 100 m further, turn right into Etzenrichtstr. and continue to the end - you have reached your destination!
