Cancellation policy
After receiving the booking confirmation, it is still possible to cancel the trip, but the following cancellation fees will apply:
- From receipt of booking confirmation until 4 months before the start of the trip, 10% of the rental amount
- From 4 months to 4 weeks before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental amount
- From 4 weeks until the start of the trip, 100% of the rental amount
If we can rent the apartment again, then you will receive the full rental amount back. You can see in the occupancy plan when the apartment is rented out again. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for your own protection.

Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is centrally located, just 400 m from the 30 km long beach and 150 m from the center. From the garden, you can see up to the start of the dunes, and the small forest is only a few meters away from the holiday apartment. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
For excursions, on foot, by bicycle, or by car, we can advise you. There is much to see in North Holland.
Getting there
Follow the N9 from Alkmaar towards Den Helder. After about 19 km, take the N502 towards Petten, the second exit at the roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the second exit again and head towards Petten. Continue straight through the village center until you reach the intersection. There, turn right.
You will then see the Moritz restaurant on your right. Turn right again before the restaurant. Now you will see the parking lot on your left. The holiday apartment is located in the building next to the restaurant.

Das Bett war etwas schmal, und im Bad könnte es heller sein. Ist aber sicher alles Geschmackssache.
Uns hat es einfach sehr gut gefallen, wir können es 100%ig empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!

Ich habe nun zu zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung Urlaub gemacht. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Perfekte Lage, nah zum Strand. Mein Hund und ich, haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.
