This high-quality thatched-roof villa is located in the most beautiful dune area of Ameland, close to the beach (200m), between the towns of Nes and Buren. It sits on a large property (2000 m2) with three sun terraces, one of which is sheltered and heated, an outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, a large trampoline, and a sandbox.
The large and bright living-dining area (80sqm) with an open fireplace, leather seating, underfloor heating, TV, and an exclusive BOSE sound system, as well as the high-quality Miele kitchen equipped with every comfort, leave nothing to be desired. Silver cutlery, exclusive crockery, and a large selection of glasses are a matter of course. A special wine refrigerator ensures your fine wines are kept at the right temperature.
In the master bedroom, you'll find ample closet space, a fireplace, TV, separate access to the bathroom, exit to the south-facing terrace, and access to the sauna and Jacuzzi. All the rooms on the upper floor are also equipped with box-spring double beds and have walk-in closets.

Huis ter Duin is located at the start of Bosrand. It is approximately 400 m from the beach and 400 m from Nesserbos.
It is situated about 1.5 km into the dunes between Nes and Buren. You can rent bicycles at various bicycle rental shops. In Nes, you'll find most shops and restaurants.
You take the ferry from Holwerd and arrive on Ameland in 45 minutes. You can also get to the holiday home by bus or taxi if you haven't brought a car.
The holiday home is also easily accessible by bicycle.
