Cancellation policy
The day of arrival the guests are asked a 150€ cash deposit, which will be reimbursed on their departure, after a fittings check.
The houses are at disposal after 3pm, and the day of departure they must be left before 10am.
Towels and bed linen are included in the service; the towels get changed twice a week, the bed linen once a week.
Pets are not allowed.

Holiday destination
The small city of Sveti Lovrec is situated on a small hill from where you can see the beautifull nature that the region of Istria offers. In just a few kilometers in every directions you can find whatever your wishes are. If you are looking for a long day at the beach there are many locations like Pore?, Rovinj, Vrsar and other touristic locations. There are also a lot of high quality restaurants to satisfy your gastronomic desire. There are also aquaparks for peoople looking for some fun and many, many other things waiting to be discovered.
Getting there
If you are coming by plane then you will come first to Pula from where there is a fast connection via highway, something like 30 km. If you are coming by car there are many options however everything is well signed so it is easy to find.

Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Das Haus ist toll, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber nie aufdringlich, sondern einfach nett und sehr aufmerksam. Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt und wir wurden sogar gefragt, ob wir noch etwas essen möchten.
Es hätte nicht schöner sein können, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!! Das Haus mit der überdachten Veranda und den schönen Pool können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke, Mauricio, für alles!! Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben, denn auch sonst haben Porec, Pula und die anderen Orte in Istrien viel Schönes zu bieten.
Es war ein teaunhafter super Urlaub. Wir sind ein Gastwirteehepaar aus Kärnten und können nur sagen eine super Unterkunft. Sauber, ruhig, tolle freundliche Gastgeber, u d sehr sehr kinderfreundlich.From Moitzi from Poggersdorf · 18.08.2019
