The approximately 76 m² are divided into two double rooms. A 32 m² living/bedroom with a separate sleeping area with TV and music system completes the apartment. There is also a separate kitchen with dining area and a spacious shower room with two washbasins.
There are two additional sleeping places on the seating area.
The city centre is only about 20–25 minutes away by car. You can also easily reach your destination using public transport. There is a bus stop right outside the door. The S1 (suburban railway) is about 800 m away and takes you to the Landungsbrücken (Lion King musical) in 27 minutes. There is parking for two cars on the property.

The hipped roof bungalow is set back from the street and located on a natural plot in a beautiful
surrounding area. It is well connected. A bus stop can be found directly in front of the house.

You can relax on the hiking trails and in the nearby park. There are large areas for your dog to run around.

In the direction of Modezentrum, take the Hamburg-Schnelsen exit on the right. Before the traffic lights, turn right and then immediately left onto Königskinderweg.
From the A23 Eidelstedt exit, turn left into Holsteiner Chaussee until the large intersection. Then turn right onto Oldesloher Straße. At the second set of traffic lights, turn left onto Königskinder
