The Niederhof (550 m) is embedded in our orchards in a quiet, sunny location at the entrance of the health resort Völlan.
From here you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lana, Meran, Dorf-Tirol, Schenna, .... and the associated mountains, because you are on the panoramic balcony of the Burggrafenamt.
It is the ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours. In addition, there is much to discover in the vicinity: castle ruins, museums, historic churches, the waal routes, gorges, old farms and of course the large chestnut trees, which really make you want to go to Törggelen.

Neue liebevolle Anlage mitten im Grünen in wirklich traumhafter Panoramalage , alles wie auf den Fotos und noch schöner.
Der Vermieter Herbert hat eine freundlich , herzliche Art und hat immer ein offenes Ort und hilft mit Rat und Tat .
