Cancellation policy
Terms and Conditions:
The holiday home is firmly rented by the named tenant. If the tenants do not commence their journey - regardless of the reasons - the deposit is forfeited to the landlord. In the event of cancellation up to one month before the start of the rental period, the landlords will endeavor to rent the holiday home to other interested parties. If successful, they will refund 70% of the deposit to the tenant. If the property is not rented out, the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental fee. In case of cancellation less than one month before the start of the rental period, the deposit is forfeited. The landlords will attempt to rent out the property. In the event of a rental, the remaining payment will not be demanded. In the event that the property is not rented out, the tenant must make the remaining payment.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Hatten eine schöne Woche im Bungalow im Ferienpark Nordsee in Julianadorp. Das Ferienhaus ist, liebevoll und gut eingerichtet und in ausgezeichneter ruhige Lage, geschlossene Gartenanlage mit Liege und Sitzgruppe. Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Von hieraus kann man wunderschöne Radtouren unternehmen. Der Bäcker ist ca. 200 Meter weit entfernt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Enkeln dort und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir sind nun schon dritten mal Mal bei Familie Komen gewesen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Der Strand ganz nah gelegen. Die frisch sanierten Bungalows bieten alles was das Herz begehrt. Familie Komen steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder und können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.
