This small, stylish holiday home, "Lutje Hoeske," is located in Tinallinge, a beautiful, very old hilltop village in the wonderful Groningen countryside.
It is an ideal environment for those who enjoy nature, silence, peace, and relaxation in an authentic atmosphere.
Regarding the Corona measures, the following applies.
The Lutje Hoeske has been closed for rental since the beginning of the Corona outbreak because we wanted to keep our village Corona free (and we have succeeded so far!)
The rental will cautiously start again from May 21.
This implies
- that guests are asked in advance not to come if one or more of them have symptoms related to the Corona Virus (such as cough, fever, etc.)
- there is always a free day between different rental periods.
- the house is not only cleaned but also disinfected,
- the sauna and steam bath are in the house itself, so only for you.
- there is no contact with the landlord. You will receive a code with which you can open the door.
In this way, we not only meet the Corona requirements set by websites like AirBnB but also our own wishes.

The centuries-old house is completely restored, while we have carefully preserved the authentic exterior. Inside, there are many old elements, now combined with modern comforts, such as a sauna and steam bath.

Peace and relaxation in an authentic atmosphere
Tinallinge is a very old, unique hill village consisting of 20 houses and farms clustered around the old church.
It is located in the Groningen countryside, with its historic farmhouses, large estates with magnificent views, small forgotten villages, and narrow winding rivers.
There are numerous cycling/excursion opportunities in the area.
A visit to the Wadden Sea or a day trip to one of the Wadden Sea islands is a unique experience.
