In this case, or if you wish to cancel for personal reasons, we will make every effort to find a new tenant for the property as quickly as possible. If we are completely or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You would then only have to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Holiday destination
Caleta de Velez is a small former fishing village about 30 kilometers east of Malaga. This region is known for its particularly mild climate and the fewest rainy days per year.
Temperatures rarely exceed 30°C and there is always a light breeze.
Due to its central location, you can take wonderful day trips from Caleta to Granada, Cordoba, Nerja, Sevilla, Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar, etc.
The Baviera Golf course is located right behind the urbanization.

Wir waren jetzt schon zig Mal in La Gaviota, einfach weil uns das Haus sehr gefällt. Gaviota hat Alles was mann so braucht, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Ausserdem ist Andalusien einfach Super, liegt Torre de Mar fast gleich um die Ecke und über der Autobahn ist Malaga auch nicht weit weg. Und mit Gilda, Klaus und Thorben ist es als ob man jedes Jahr bei alten Bekannten zu Besuch ist, der Service ist Wunderbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Für 3 Personen optimal. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Bei Problemen wurde umgehend reagiert und alles erledigt. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub!
