Holiday house Bella Vista is a big and modern house with big garden. In the year 2015 it will have a completely private swimmingpool in the garden. It has 112 m² and consists of a kitchen, living room with Sat-TV and air condition, bathroom with shower and a storage room with washing machine on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and fridge with freezer.
First floor consist of a double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and a gallery with one single bed, and a bathroom with a tub.
The house has a terrace with big garden and garden furniture, and a beautiful sea view. There is the possibility to use the barbecue.
A small wood is just next to the house garden. The house is in a quiet area, without a lot of houses arround, what gives the opportunity to enjoy even more in istrian relaxing atmosphere.

House Bella Vista is situated 4km from the historical centre of Porec and 1,5 km from the beach, in the area called Veli Maj.
It has the stunning view on distant green landscape and beaches of the bay Materada. A two-floor house is ideal for an extended family who are looking for a rural peacefull area but still to be within small distance of the sea.

cancellation policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less then €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. the conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
