Holiday destination
In a beautiful secluded location, very quiet and idyllic on the slope of the hill. Very beautiful view to Ostra Vetere. The seating area in front of the house offers morning sun and the covered portico behind the house has sun in the afternoon and evening.
The 2000 m2 property is completely fenced and has no immediate neighbours. Pets are welcome!

Host informationWhen I saw Casa Gina f or the first time, it was an uninhabitable ruin. It was lovingly renovated in 2001. I've lived for some years in Italy and it has become my second home, where I can enjoy the quiet and relax.

Schon der erste Eindruck war gigantisch. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, ob Mobiliar oder Deko. Es passt einfach alles perfekt zusammen. Die Küche ist optimal eingerichtet um für das leibliche Wohl aller Bewohner zu sorgen. Der schöne, gepflegte Garten ist ideal um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die himmlische Ruhe zu genießen. Noch selten haben wir uns so gut erholt wie im Casa Gina.
Besser und schöner ist kaum möglich. Der Kontakt mit Frau Marty war zu jeder Zeit hervorragend und auch Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und für uns ein guter Ansprechpartner.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Liebe Frau Marty,
wir sagen ganz herzlichen Dank für die wunderschöne Wohlfühloase, in der wir unseren Sommerurlaub verbringen durften.
Vom ersten Tag an waren wir alle so begeistert von Casa Gina. Selbst unsere Hündin war begeistert und gut beschäftigt mit dem Jagen von Geckos.
Casa Gina ist so liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch Andrea, der Hausverwalter, war freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit wenn wir Ihn brauchten.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.....
