The villa (finished in 2005) is lovingly and individually furnished. Haus YANG is the semi-detached house on the left.
Each semi-detached house has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, large roof terrace and garden terrace section. The pool and the large garden are only for the guests of the villa!
With two bedrooms on the sea side, an additional one on the land side and a sofa bed in the living room, there is space for up to 8 persons.
In two rooms the mobile air conditioner can be set up (8 EUR/night!)
Our previous guests loved the housekeeping services by Chandra (cleaning, cooking, washing...) and Upendra (breakfast, technology...).
The internet (via wifi) is available to all guests of the villa1
And there's a very significant advantage to staying on balcony or in the garden of the villa: there's nearly always a fresh breeze. You'll see how good it is, when you go just a few metres up the road into the interior: you have the feeling it is much warmer and more humid!

The location of the villa is unique, right on the beach with a view of the wide sea, and left and right the kilometres of sandy beaches with an unforgettable sunset right across from our villa!
On the one hand a bit "off the beaten track", with local neighbours at the edge of an original village, yet not too far away from the famous tourist centre of Hikkaduwa, where the "pope boxes".
By air to the airport in Colombo.
There our driver will gladly pick you up and bring you safely to the holiday home.
