Our detached holiday home "Nele" House No. 296 is situated on a sunny 355 sqm plot in the newer part of the Strandlag Park.
The holiday home has been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture.

The holiday home accommodates up to 6 people (max. 4 adults) and is child-friendly; a travel cot for children, high chair, and handcart are available.
All bedrooms have blackout blinds, and the beds are equipped with comfort mattresses.
The house has two separate toilets, and the bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower.
The large terrace is enclosed by a windbreak, allowing you to enjoy the many hours of sunshine even on windy days. The parking space is located directly at the house.
The garden is fully fenced! A relaxed holiday with small children and/or a dog :-)!

The holiday park Strandslag is located in Julianadorp aan Zee, just behind the dunes and only about 400 m from the beach/North Sea. The popular holiday destination is situated approximately 5 km south of Den Helder in the province of Noordholland. The beach area is unique with its excellent water quality!
The park offers many play opportunities for children. These include a lake with a large water playground featuring a raft and zip line. Additionally, there is a soccer field, a basketball hoop, a volleyball court, and a ping pong table.
There is a bread service and a restaurant in the park.
In Julianadorp, there are many shopping facilities (about 2 km distance to Aldi, Lidl, Deen). A subtropical swimming pool and various restaurants are within walking distance.
Traveling from Germany via the A3 or A61, then continue through Utrecht, Amsterdam to Alkmaar, followed by the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit.

In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the following percentages of the rental price are due according to the scale below:
up to 45 days before arrival 20%
44 to 30 days before arrival 30%
29 to 22 days before arrival 60%
from 21 days before and up to the date of arrival 80% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your own protection, which you can obtain from any insurance office or online.
Of course, we will make an effort to re-let the holiday home after the cancellation has been announced. In good faith, we are therefore obliged to re-let the unoccupied house to avoid losses.
Until the house is re-let, the guest is required to pay the amount determined by the scale above for the duration of the contract.
If the house can only be re-let at a lower rental price, the withdrawing tenant bears the cost of the reduced rental income.
