Holiday destination

The family-friendly resort of Egmond aan Zee is located in the North Holland Dune Reserve, one of the largest natural areas in Holland.

In the summer, cool off in the sea and then enjoy time on the sunny terraces. In autumn and winter, it's wonderful to wander on the beach or watch the wild sea from the beach restaurant.

The holiday home is located almost in the dunes. When you go for a walk there, you'll find yourself immediately among the Scottish wild cows and rabbits.

Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Schöne Terrasse mit viel Privatsphäre und einem Spielplatz vor der Tür. Wir können über dieses Haus nichts Negatives sagen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Lage entspricht der Beschreibung, ruhig und Zentral.
Der erste Eindruck beim Betreten der Terrasse, über die man die Unterkunft betritt, ungepflegt! Das Unkraut steht hoch, Stühle und Tisch seit langer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt und bei der Tür und dem Fenster ebenso.
Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist schon beim ersten Blick durch bekleckerte Wände und Sitzmöbel negativ durchgefallen. Die Küche war zwar gererinigt, aber wie... Überall Putzschlieren und das Fenster wurde wohl ganz vergessen.
Das Bad war ok. Extrem klein, aber es lagen 2 Handtücher und 2 Badetücher bereit. Für den Boden haben wir ein Geschirrtuch verwendet, denn für diesen gab es keine Matte.
Die Treppe in den ersten Stock hätte auch mal eine Reinigung nötig und zum Glück mussten wir die dreckigen Betten im Flur nicht nutzen. Fotos vorhanden

Positiv ist die zentrale Lage.Innerhalb von 5min. ist man in der Innenstadt und nach weiteren 5 min. Fußweg am Strand.Die Dünen befinden sich direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausreichend für einen Strandurlaub.Uns fehlte allerdings ein richtiger Backofen.Die Betten waren für uns auch viel zu weich und eher unbequem.Positiv ist auch das zusätzliche Gäste WC.Herr Baltus ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich gut um seine Gäste.Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft sauber,allerdings merkt man deutlich,dass hier viel gewohnt wird.Einige Schönheitsreparaturen wären angebracht,wie ein neuer Anstrich, eine neue Duschbrause oder neue Fußmatten.
