Holiday destination
The house is in the center of the village, in a quiet position, only a few steps from the beach, promenade, restaurants and shops. Cannero Riviera lies on the right hand shore in a sunny and protected climatic position and the beautiful beach allows many water sports. From the village extends a net of hiking paths in all directions.
Getting there
Follow the Piemontese road along the lake (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) up to Cannero Riviera. Just after the agency Zanetti turn left into the center and then turn right into the “Via Nico Lazzaro” (third crossing on the right). At the church turn right. Access through an automatic gate (No. 19); Casa Nonna Lucia lies behind the main villa and the parking space is right after the automatically gate left, before the villa.

Die vorgefundenen Realitäten haben die Prospektbeschreibung deutlich positiv übertroffen. Ausstattung, Preis, Service und Umgebung sind den Aufenthaltspreis allemal wert. Panoramablick von der Terrasse auf den Lago und das gepflegte Parkumfeld ohne störende Nachbarschaft. Parkplatz am Haus. Strand, Restaurants und Nahversorgung liegen in kurzer fußläufig erreichbarer Entfernung. Absolute Wohlfühloase in sehr gepflegtem Ambiente.
