Mellau is a beautiful village right in the middle of Bregenz forest. The ski area and the surroundings offer everything one could wish for.
Mellau attracts a lot of people who love winter sports when a blanket of snow covers the area. But you can visit the mountains in summer as well, with the mountain railway, and go hiking and biking. Visit alpine cabins along the way and try self-made dairy products.
