(Day-)trips to the deep-sea island Heligoland, to the adventure pool and sauna "De Baalje", Aurich, or "Nautimo", Wilhelmshaven (various pools, saunas, water slides), sightseeing flights, music-events.
You can "fly" a Cessa 172 Skyhawk in the flight simulator "Fly-4D", visit the coast of the North Sea, the theatre, museums, the gambling casino or the Netherlands.
Holiday destination
Wiesmoor, also called "Town of flowers", is a health resort without tourist fee.
Directly behind the holiday apartment, between tree nursery and golf course, runs a hiking and cycling path. The city centre is in approx. 2 km. There you have all shopping facilities.
Even a canal for fishing or canoeing, landing stage, Funpark, beach "Ottermeer", Floral Hall, garden park and a minigolf course that is unique in Germany. All just a few minutes away.
Wiesmoor offers various activities in the main season. Trough Wiesmoor run five different cycling paths, among others the German Fehnroute and the Flower Route of the North.
Getting there
Drive the highway A28 from Oldenburg or Leer until exit "Apen", leave the highway there and then take the road K11 (Augustfehner Street later Jübberder Street) in the direction of Remels-Uplengen.
Next you arrive a crossing with traffic lights where you turn right. After 400 m, turn left in the direction of Wiesmoor.
Pass the districts "Hinrichsfehn" and "Rammsfehn" (all 50kmh-zones) and directly after the sign that marks the end of "Rammsfehn", you turn left from the Oldenburger Street, into the "Holunderweg".
After approx. 100 m you turn into the Schlehdornweg and pass the residential area - you arrive the Brombeering automatically.

Zu dieser Wohnung fallen uns einfach keine Superlative mehr ein. Wir haben mehr vorgefunden, als wir erwartet hatten. In dieser Wohnung konnten wir uns nur wohlfühlen . Dazu kam das ruhige Umfeld, die schöne Umgebung und auch die aufmerksamen und netten Vermieter haben dazu beigetragen dass wir uns in den 2 Wochen rundum erholen konnten. Wir sind uns sicher, wir kommen wieder.

Ich weiß nicht was ich hier alles reinschreiben könnte um diese tolle Unterkunft zu bewerten. Ich versuche es in wenigen Worten zu beschreiben: es ist nicht nur alles vorhanden was man so im Urlaub braucht, es ist alles da was man auch nur eventuell brauchen könnte. Alles was hier schon in den anderen Bewertungen steht kann ich nur bestätigen. Die Vermieter haben hier 2 absolut vorbildliche Ferienwohnungen geschaffen in denen man sich einfach wohlfühlt. Die Vermieter sind außerdem sehr sympathisch und geben gerne Auskunft zu allen Fragen die man als Urlauber so hat.
Unser Highlight im August war das nahe gelegene Ottermeer, ein schöner Badesee mit Sandstrand.
Von der Unterkunft führt ein schöner Radweg zum Ottermeer und zu anderen interessanten Ausflugszielen.
