About 400 m2 of living space, 4 residential units, of these 3 are designed as apartment units, 1 apartment is barrier-free with separate entrance; 70 m2 common room with 70 m2 conservatory; 2 10 m long covered balconies; 1 covered terrace; garden with grill, fire pit and toys; 1 beach volleyball/boules pitch. Enjoy the luxury of a spa area, only for you! Whether for a romantic wellness weekend with lovely ambience, family holiday or meeting friends; common room with large kitchen; wellness area with pool (23 - 25 degrees all year round), sauna and infrared cabin are available during the daily opening times for your sole use; billiards and table football mean you'll not be bored; massage, foot care, facials and manicures round out your stay. Guided rides with rental horses can be booked via me, as can wilderness days and art activities.

From March 2015 I have been working with a wilderness coach, and she will offer wilderness training especially for my guests. Not only interesting for children!
There are also art offerings, art workshops for everyone, a lovely opportunity to relax.
Look forward to the beautiful nature in the Eifel national park and the moor areas in the Ardennes. The house is located right on the Belgian border, and a visit to Luxembourg is also worth the trip. In the summer you'll find some lovely bathing lakes. You can even visit the sports bathing lake in nearby Zülpich. We are at an elevation of about 600 m and in 5 minutes by car you'll be in the Weisser Stein winter sports area.
Via the BAB 1, exit Wißkirchen, B 477 to Gemünd, there left on the B 265 to Hellenthal, second roundabout 2nd exit toward Hollerath, after passing through Hollerath take the next left toward Ramschied, in the centre right on the Eifelweg, then left on Oberpretherweg 10.
