Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy:
1. The Guest Accommodation Contract becomes binding when the accommodation is ordered. This can be done in writing, orally, by telephone, fax or e-mail. The booking confirmation ensures the accuracy of the transmitted data and should be reconfirmed by the tenant to the landlord again.
2. The tenant is obligated to handle the apartment and the inventory with care. Damages caused by the tenant or his roommate to the rented property are to be reimbursed to the landlord.
3. The accommodation company is obliged to pay compensation to the guest if the apartment is not provided.
4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the guest, the landlords have a claim for damages, which is based on the amount of the agreed rent minus the saved expenses. If it is not possible to rent the apartment for the same time and amount of rent, the following claims for damages for apartments and holiday homes apply: up to 45 days before arrival 10%, up to 30 days before arrival 50%, up to 22 days before arrival 60%, from 21st day until arrival 80%, at arrival 100%, each calculated on the basis of the gross price of apartments and holiday homes according to the German hotel and restaurant industry e.V.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Es waren sämtliche Geräte die man in einer Küche benötigt vorhanden. Es war alles sehr sauber, alles war perfekt. Man kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Überhaupt ist die Röhn Landschaftliche sehr reizvoll. Für uns und den Kindern war das Haus ideal auch die vielen Ausflugsziele haben zur Abwechslung beigetragen.
