The Lindenhof Graupa is a monument protected historic three sided farm in the heart of the village of Graupa, surrounded by natural meadows and horse pastures.
The 1.5 hectare farmstead consists of a farmhouse with outbuildings and a natural garden, the horse barn with arena and paddock as well as the residential home of the German-Italian host family.
Five high quality furnished double rooms have space for 10 people. Additional beds for two more people is possible, baby and child cot are present.

Cancellation by the renter
The renter can cancel the contract before arrival by written declaration to the owner. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee compensation for the expenses already incurred by the owner and the lost profit in the following amounts:
Cancelling up to 45 days before beginning of rental period: 20% (at least 25 EURO)
Cancellation up to the 25th days before the beginning of the rental period: 50%
After that and if there is a no-show, 80%
The renter has the burden of proof that the landlord did not sustain any damages or significantly less damage.
The tenant can designate a replacement tenant who is prepared to assume the rental contract in their place. The landlord can decline the third person if they do not appear to be able to pay the fee or are unreliaable.
If a third party assumes the rental contract, they and the previous tenants will pay the landlord any additional costs arising from the tenancy of the third party.
The landlord must try to re-rent the accommodation not used and must offset the cancellation fees with the savings that are incurred.
The conclusion of travel cancellation insurance is recommended to the tenant.
