The beautiful, quietly located private holiday home with 1,800 square meters of magnificent, fully fenced Mediterranean garden can be reached via natural paths that are customary in the country. The natural sandy beach on the Ionian Sea, only approx. 450 m away, is surrounded by dunes and bays and a nearby freshwater river.
The holiday home is fully furnished according to local standards. It has 2 large, air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 cozy living room with pellet stove and dining area, (if necessary, the sofas can be converted into additional beds), a large kitchen with seating, 2 bathrooms (one of them with direct access from the bedroom) several terraces (2 covered and 1 roof terrace with sea views and a large barbecue grill.
